岗位职责:
Handle customer complaint including both 0km and field. 处理0公里和售后的客户抱怨
* Receive and deal with customer complaint and failure parts of 0km and field, incl. cause investigation, containment actions and long-term action, and report feedback acc. to customer requirement.
接收和处理0公里和售后的客户抱怨及故障件,包括原因分析,围堵措施和长期措施,根据客户要求反馈报告等;
Solve problem with 8D on IQIS system for customer complaint. 在SAP系统中用8D的方法解决客户抱怨的质量问题
* Create QC
